Middleburg is built to full Class A specs with state-of-the-art building features. To accommodate the excess storage demand in the trade area, the facility includes climate-controlled elements totaling approximately 99,500 NRSF, approximately 16,600 NRSF of additional drive-up units, as well as 20 covered boat/RV parking spaces.
