The Palm Coast project is expected to be built to full class A specs with state-of-the-art building features. The property is expected to include climate controlled elements totaling approximately 54,000 RSF, approximately 33,150 RSF of additional drive-up units, as well as approximately 24 covered boat/RV parking spaces.
